Michael Kemezis

Michael Kemezis is a Senior Trial attorney with Messineo Law.

Mr. Kemezis practices in the areas of insurance defense, personal injury defense, and insurance fraud investigation. During his 30+ years as a litigator, Mr. Kemezis has handled and tried numerous cases in the Superior Court of New Jersey, in just about all of New Jersey’s 21 counties. Michael specializes in representing insurance carriers in insurance fraud and SIU litigation and investigations. His innovative thinking and intimate knowledge of Court rules and procedure have consistently produced superb results.

Mr. Kemezis is a Superior Court approved arbitrator, presently serving as an arbitrator in Bergen County for auto and bodily injury cases.

Mr. Kemezis has served as a member of the Bergen County District Ethics Committee and has presented cases to the Supreme Court Ethics Committee.

Mr. Kemezis is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association.

Michael received his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University Law School in 1982.

He obtained his Bachelor of Arts from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA.

He is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court of New Jersey, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
